Agriculture - Maja Stanović

The recipe is original, and we use our own unsprayed fruit that grows in our garden on Velika plaža, which is why the natural taste of the fruit comes to the fore. In production, we use significantly less sugar than standard recipes in order to preserve the natural aroma of the fruit.

Uljara Kolari is a family production of olive oil in Ulcinj that nurtures the autochthonous olive variety "Žutica". Visitors have the opportunity to see the entire processing process - from the olive grove to the finished oil - and get to know the tradition that has been passed down in this family for generations.

Cookie House Ulqin makes hand-decorated cookies inspired by Ulqin - the perfect little welcome gift or sweet souvenir from the sea. Each cookie is prepared with care, from quality ingredients and with personalized inscriptions.

"Pasha Natyra Ime" brings natural and hand-made products inspired by the tradition of Ulcinj and the medicinal herbs of this climate. Each product is created with attention to nature, without industrial additives and respecting local recipes.

The Kallab household

Mrs. Lirije Kallaba's household covers more than 10 hectares of arable land, 500 olive trees, 400 pomegranate trees, 300 fig trees... Lirije produces olive oil and preserves table olives in the old-fashioned way. She makes juices and jam from fresh and dried figs. She packs and preserves all of this according to high health and hygiene standards.

Handicrafts by Lumnija Bisha bring a part of the traditional spirit of Ulcinj through carefully crafted bags, scented lavender sachets and unique brooches. Each product is created by hand, with attention to detail and love for local tradition.
